I won a free month of boot camp at a charity event raffle (The M&M Foundation Golf/Dinner Outing) in July, 2011.
I wanted to get motivated to do something and this was a perfect opportunity to get back to working out on a regular basis. I also wasn’t very happy about getting older and told myself that I wanted to feel better and be in better shape than I was 10 years ago.
I was surprised the class was “only” 45 minutes long. I had been working out at the gym for longer periods of time than that before but now I understand that it’s not so much the time, it’s the circuits and exercises that we do that are more important.
I have always swum, done a little weight training, ran a little, etc. but I have always wanted more results. I wanted to find a program that would give me more muscle tone and definition and I believe I’ve found that with Top Level. I have lots several inches and a few pounds, but more importantly to me is the fact that I think I am more toned and I feel a lot better!
I like the results that I see in my body, I like the schedule times, I like the instructors, and I really like the way the workouts are different every day. I never feel bored with the workouts. I also like how the instructors really care about us and are knowledgeable, approachable and very helpful! They are very positive people and that is important when I am struggling through a workout!
I have always liked to work out but Top Level brought me to another level of strength, both physically and mentally.
I think Top Level Fitness works. It’s tough, but it gets the job done and I started to see real results after only 2 months.
