I found out about TLF through my wife. She loves it and had great results so I decided to join since I’ve done major workout and way over due in time so I wanted to give it a shot.
It made working out fun. People are nice, and I had a very positive first impression. I just started a few weeks ago and already lost 15 pounds. I feel that my body is stronger with each session. I love the variety and the people, and everybody was very welcoming. You can work out at your own level and you feel comfortable in every situation. People push you but they also give you good advices and it’s a positive vibe.
I would say I learned that I can do it and make it through a workout, I got a long way to go but for the first time in a long time I am committed to make a change and people at TLF help me stay on the path.
If you feel a little nervous or intimidated I recommend putting it aside and just give it a shot, and you will like it!
