I originally find out on TLF on Facebook. Decided to take a look and sign up. Ended up joining because of the 20 pound challenge and try to lose 20 pounds.
I loved the training. It is very educational and even though I was sore I kept coming in. I see more muscle definition and weight loss.
I like the trainers; I like how they watch the form and correction. They push us through the workout.
I’ve learned about myself that I am stronger than I think I am. Started lifting more weights that I thought I could never do.
My recommendation is give it a try! Start small and move your way up. The nutritional program is easy and it tastes good.
