Below we have outlined the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). Please read them for more information.

We’ve set up easy to follow Sign Up process for you. Just follow the instructions below and you’ll be done in no time.

After you sign up for your assessment you’ll be taken to an online scheduler where you can choose the best location, time and date for you to have your initial assessment. We want to work with people who are serious about their fitness and health and that is why the fitness assessment it is a most before you start working out with us. Also at the time of your appointment you’ll fill up all the necessary paperwork. During your first appointment you will receive more information about our programs like: pricing, availability, options to continue with the program after your deal is over… and you’ll be scheduled for your start date.

If you don’t show up and you don’t notify us at least 24 hours prior your appointment, $20 No Show fee will be charged to your account.

We made this page specially for you and we ask you to schedule your assessment so we can better serve you and make sure we have enough space for all of you in our programs.

      2. After you READ the FAQ you need to sign up for your assessment. You’ll be taken to an online scheduler page where you can choose the best location, time and date you want to come in for your assessment. Make sure you choose the right location and time since some of the locations have only morning or evening availabilities. For schedule and directions refer to the FAQ below or check our Locations and Schedule page.
      3. Appointments are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
      4.  After registering your deal you will receive confirmation email with  information regarding your location address, directions, time.
      5. So if you want to get in fast I suggest you register NOW… Don’t delay!!!

Q. How many sessions a week can I attend?

A. Your deal feature includes up to 3 sessions a week.

Q. How long is each session?

A. Each session is approximately 45 minutes.

Q. Are there age limitations?

A. Our programs are for ages 16-60. (Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)

Q. How many days a week am I suggested to attend?

A. 3

Q. How large is each boot camp?

A. Each boot camp can range from 10-25 people (varies by location)

Q. Will I be able to handle your boot camp if I am not in good shape?

A. We have a “nobody left behind” policy. We will modify exercises to fit each person’s fitness levels and abilities. (If you have any medical issues you’d like to discuss with us please email us at

Q. Do I have to do 4 consecutive weeks of boot camp?

A. Yes, coupon expire 4 weeks from activation date.

Q. Do I have to do 3 consecutive weeks of personal training?

A. Yes, coupon expire 3 weeks from activation date.

Q. Can I use my coupon offer in conjunction with any other special offers?

A. We DO NOT allow combining of multiple promotions.

Q. Can I redeem more than one  voucher?

A. No. This special offer is limited to one per person.

Q. What should I wear to workout?

A. You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting workout clothes. You MUST wear clean indoor-only shoes. No jewelry or heavy perfume.

Q. Do you provide childcare?

A. At this time we do not provide childcare at any of our locations.

Q. Can I come to multiple classes a day?

A. Unfortunately the ability to come to multiple classes per day is reserved for our full-time members. Your coupon includes one session per day up to three days a week.

Q. Can I just show up and start working out?

A. No. All initial assessments must be scheduled first.

Q. Why I need a CC info when I already paid for the coupon.

A. CC info is required in order to keep your appointment for you. We use online scheduling system called Mindbody that requires CC info in order to book your appointment.

Q. Is there a charge for the fitness assessment?

A. Fitness assessment is a bonus and free of charge, but there is .10 cents charge that the system is charging in order to validate your CC, and there is no way that to be avoided.
