Q: What is Top Level Fitness?

Top Level Fitness is a fitness program that includes top notch fitness instructions, nutritional coaching and motivational training all designed to get people in the best shape of their life in the shortest, safest possible time regardless of their current fitness level, and simply improve both physique and health.

Q: How is Top Level Fitness different from a regular gym?

Top Level Fitness is NOT like your typical gym in many ways. First, most gyms will sell you a membership and forget about you. At Top Level Fitness we sincerely care that you get results and work with you until you do. Typical health clubs don’t know much less care whether you show up for your workouts or not. At Top Level Fitness all of your workouts are led by a certified personal trainer at the appointed time that you decide upon. In other words, at Top Level Fitness you will be held ACCOUNTABLE. Second, we don’t use the typical exercise machines you see at most gyms. Instead, Top Level Fitness workouts will train your body to move in the natural manner it is designed to move. Third, the Top Level Fitness Body Transformation Program includes nutritional coaching and accountability check-ins to ensure you are ALWAYS moving in the direction of your goals. Finally, Top Level Fitness is a fun, family-like community. The Top Level Fitness community is small as compared to your traditional health club. Each of our clients are treated like family and addressed by their first names, unlike most health clubs where you’re identified by a plastic ID card. You’ll also receive support and create lasting friendships from your peers who participate in your group sessions with you. Finally, one of the biggest differences between our program and your standard gym is that we GUARANTEE RESULTS or you pay nothing!

Q: How hard are the workouts?

Top Level Fitness workouts are challenging and are designed to take you outside of your comfort zone. Workouts are created with the intention of changing your body in positive ways as safely and quickly as possible. There is a good chance many of the workouts are new to you and the format allows little time for rest. That being said, the workout sessions are self-paced and you will be encouraged to work within your fitness level.

Q: What if I am not in good enough shape to participate?

If you have the willingness and commitment to improve your body and your health, then you can participate in our program. Your coach is an experienced fitness professional who is trained to make adjustments for all abilities. NOBODY will be left behind or asked to perform beyond their capabilities. Individuals of all ages, sizes, and abilities are welcome to participate. Whether you have five or fifty pounds to lose, or just those stubborn ten, you’ll find that Top Level Fitness is just the program for you!

Q: How will I benefit from the Top Level Fitness Program?

If you follow the Top Level Fitness Body Transformation program as designed you will lose weight and inches, burn fat, drop clothing sizes, acquire better eating habits, increase your energy levels, and significantly improve your strength, endurance and stamina. You will meet many new people who share your same passion for acquiring a healthier body and mind. But above and beyond all, you will improve your health and your body while having fun in the process.

Q: What can I expect to achieve?

Like most fitness endeavors, your success in this program will depend on your level of adherence and commitment. If you complete at least 3 workouts a week, and follow the nutritional guidelines on average you’ll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5{019a6cb0b70768d113d258b8e9390536ddf3ccb554e689564970a5272ba59677} body fat every 30 days. This is the healthiest rate at which to lose weight and most importantly, MAINTAIN IT.

Q: How long is each session? How many sessions are there per week?

A Top Level Fitness session last as long as it takes you to complete the workout. We are more concerned by how hard you are training rather than how long. Having said that most workouts are completed within 45-50 minutes. We have 25+ training sessions a week.

Q: What types of people are in a training session?

They are people just like you. Whether you have a few vanity pounds to lose or 50 plus pounds you’ll find Top Level Fitness the perfect program to help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goal!

Q: What do I need to bring to my workout?

We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. All you need to bring is bottle of water, willingness to train HARD and have fun and clean INDOOR shoes to change at the gym! Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. We don’t want you to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts.

Q: I’ve heard enough, I’m ready to get started. What’s the next step?

The first step to beginning the Top Level Fitness Body Transformation program is scheduling a Free Fitness Strategy Sessions with one of our fitness coaches. During this session we will discuss your goals in detail and design a plan to get you there. We will also take you through a brief fitness assessment to identify your fitness level. We’ll then recommend a program best suited for your goals and get you scheduled for your first session and your follow up appointments.
