Along with hard core, physically intense, heart thumping training you will also be involved in strength training as well. This will consist of something like dumbbell pumping,resistance training using your body weight, and exercise bands. There are certainly some other types of techniques used, as our trainers are always keeping up with new, state of the art exercises that really deliver results.
