We know it’s easy to sit around and talk about reaching your goals, but it’s another to go out there and get it. Here’s a workout you can do in your own living room that attacks every muscle in your body and melts calories like woa! Circuit 1

 

Forward Body Weight Lunges – 12 reps each leg

Butt Kicks – 30 seconds

T-Pushups (with rotation) – 5 reps each side

Jump Squats – 30 seconds

Repeat these exercises back to back with minimal rest in between. Rest 60 seconds and repeat one time (repeat twice for intermediate and advanced exercisers). Then move on to next circuit…

 

Circuit 2

Bench or Chair Dips – 12 reps

Alternating Prone Swimmers – 15 reps each side

Star Fish Burpees (burpee w/pushup + scissor legs) – 10 reps

 

Repeat these exercises back to back with minimal rest in between. Rest 60 seconds and repeat one more time (repeat twice for intermediate and advanced exercisers).
