What to do When You’re Sick

So it’s that time of the year again – WHEN EVERYONE IS GETTING SICK

Blah

It happens every year. The weather changes, and your body goes… What’s Happening!

Well one thing that you should never ever do.

I mean, never, ever. Never. Ever..

.. is to go to the gym when you’re sick.

I know you probably don’t do that, but to this day there are still people who think they can ‘sweat it off’..

But let me tell you something…You can’t sweat it off if you are sick.

If you really think that when you’re sick you can go to the gym sweat it off and leave the gym and everything will be great again …

Than I’ll ask you to think again in little bit more layers.

You’re more intelligent than that.

Because if you can really out sweat the sickness then everybody will get sick for one day and be good the next day.

Doesn’t work like that.

When you’re sick your body is broken, your body is trying to recover.

When you’re exercising you’re hampering that recovery.

Not only exercising when you’re sick will make you sicker and make your recovery process longer, but also you’ll annoy everyone and here you’re coughing, sneezing and touching things that other people needs to touch as well.

You’re getting others sick.

Its very easy environment to get other people sick, so instead of going to the gym stay home, recover and do this:

  • Drink lots of water
  • Use sovereign silver
  • Take lots of vitamin C
  • Multivitamin
  • Vitamin D
  • Zinc
  • Apple cider vinegar (mixed with water)
  • And get a lot of sleep.

But also there is a secret recipe.

Go to the store and get raw garlic, lemon and ginger, cut it up and boiled all together. Put as much garlic as possible and drink it as a tea. Drink it as hot as possible.

It will taste as… whatever and you gonna stink for few days..

but its better to stink for couple of days than go to the gym and think that you can sweat it off and get other people sick.

You’re gonna go to the gym one day sick, you’ll get other people sick and then you gonna go home and check your Facebook and boom what happened?
Everyone un-friended you and no more friends on Facebook because no one likes you anymore 🙂

So basically if you want to have friends don’t go to the gym when you’re sick.

Anyway, you can do whatever you want this is just my advice.

P.S. Remember, when you start working out, you’re going to be working out for the rest of your life (..right?)

You probably still have 40-ish years to live.

Missing a couple workouts because you’re sick is not that big of a deal =)
