Hey there! I hope you are doing great!

We have an awesome weekend workout for you today!
It is very easy and it will not take you more than 30 minutes.

 

Circuit #1-

– Wide squats 25 reps

– Reverse lunges 25 reps

– Stationary leg lunges 25 reps

( Do all three exercises back to back without stopping

and repeat circuit a total of 3 times)

 

Next…

 

Ciruit #2-

– Sumo Squat 25 reps

– Stiff Leg toe touches 25 reps (Do these slowly and feel

the tension in the back of the leg and squeeze butt tight at

as you stand straight up)

– Jump Squats 25 reps

(Do all three exercises back to back without stopping

and repeat circuit a total of 3 times)

 

Next…

 

Circuit #3

– Crunches 50 reps

– Reverse Crunches 50 reps

– Bicycle Crunches 50 reps

(Do all three exercises back to back without stopping

and repeat circuit a total of 5 times)
