I Love Top Level Fitness. Turning 50 I realized I needed to take better care of myself. I have NEVER exercised before. OH wait I take that back I had a gym membership but rarely used it and when I did it was just going on the treadmill. I needed to have the discipline of a group workout. I found Top Level Fitness through a friend that was going there. Boy do they work you. I would NEVER work this hard on my own. I love that there are one or two trainers at every session to make sure you have the correct from and keep you motivated. If you can’t do an exercise you are not made to feel bad, they give you a modification for the exercise so you can get better and stronger. There are all levels from beginners like me to people that have exercised all there life.
The staff is so friendly and funny. Great music during the workout too. Give it a try, you will love it too!
