Boot Camper Spotlight!
Meet Diana Vetter
Not only does Diana kicks butt at Top Level Fitness Bootcamp, but she is also a marathon runner and recently run the Chicago marathon and finished in just over 4 hrs. Amazing!
She runs every morning to boot camp and brings tons of energy to the workouts. Her enthusiasm is contagious!
She is a director at Mary Kay and and her goal is to empower women to be the best they can be! She is a true inspiration for all of us!
Here is Diana now…
Growing up I have always been a runner – nothing crazy just high school cross country (although I only ran for social reasons). I didn’t think I liked classes, when I went to the gym I did what I knew which meant run on the treadmill….well, in all honesty, I was intimated because I was afraid I wouldn’t know how to do the exercises or I would be too wimpy.
A few months ago I decided that I wanted to “get ripped” so when my church said that they were creating a charity team for the Chicago marathon I thought this is the kickstart that I need – I can run for a good cause and loose weight! It was when we were up to running about 13 miles when my running coach said, “you know, training for the marathon is not a weight loss program.” What,” I was thinking…” why else would I run 26.2 miles!”
It was about that time that my friend and colleague started Top Level Fitness Bootcamp. She always looked great but was more toned and in shape then ever before! Top Level Fitness was running a huge promotion so she asked if I wanted to come with her to check out a class! I’m not going to lie – I was a little nervous because I had never done anything like this before but I figured why not!
It has now been close to a month that I have been attending and I love it! I go at 5:30 am three days a week and I wish it was 5 days a week! On my off days I set my alarm for the same time to go for a run but it is so easy to roll over and hit snooze without that accountability. I love boot camp because the full body workouts ROCK and can be customizable to my level but also because of the camaraderie of the class! I love the people I work out with, we have jokes together, go out together and are even Facebook friends now:)!
Thanks Top Level Fitness for keeping me in check, providing meal plans, and kicking my butt to help me achieve the results that I want!!!
Diana Vetter graduated from Black Hills State University in South Dakota with a degree in Elementary Education. She taught inner city for a year until she decided to put her future in her own hands and became a director with Mary Kay, Inc. Diana now has a team of amazing women that she coaches and mentors – helping them to grow their business and achieve success! Her goal is to become a National Sales Director, travel around the country to speak and empower others, and eventually open a school!
Life is good 🙂
