Group training is much like one-on-one personal training, except LOTS more fun and MUCH more affordable. Clients participating in the group training program will work with a fitness coach in a group of 10-20 people. Workouts vary each day, and are designed to maximize fat loss, weight loss, body sculpting and improved general fitness. If you’re frustrated with your RESULTS, bored of working out in those “soft” fitness facilities, (Hint: “rhymes with Swerves”) or tired wasting money on overcrowded and intimidating gyms you never use, then you’ll love group training at Top Level Fitness! We offer 4-5 group training sessions per day, so no matter your budget we have a group training session to accommodate your schedule.

Our group metabolic resistance training includes expert fitness coaching/instruction and motivation while using a mix of “conventional” and “non-conventional fitness tools and techniques including body-weight exercises, resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, Jungle XT Suspension Trainers, sandbags, Ropes Gone Wild, Punching Bags, and much more!

All Chicago training programs requires a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month commitment with membership packages starting at $99/month and ranging from two, three or five workouts per week.

  • Nutritional meal plans
  • Unlimited 1 on 1 Nutritional Consultations

  • Increased lean muscle mass.
  • Free Saturday make up sessions. If missed more than a week, lost time can be added at the end of the program (included only with 12 month program)
