When I was looking for places to workout I googled fitness Naperville reviews and I was just amazed at all the positive comments that Top Level Fitness had, so I had to check it out. Since I started I’ve noticed weight loss, and I became more conscious of my eating habits. Also, my energy level has gone up. What I like about TLF is that it feels like personalized training more than group training. I like the intensity of the training and I feel really good when I leave.
Top Level Fitness is different than any other gym because the trainers really care about you. They greet me when I come in; they cheer you on when you are working out. Zack, Sean and Liz created an atmosphere here that makes me really look forward to working out.
If you are worried about the intense workouts, don’t worry because the trainers always modify all the exercises so that any level fitness can do it and if I can do it, anybody can do it! Try it, I guarantee you will like it.
