I learned about Top Level Fitness through a group on promotion. I was looking to get back into a fitness routine. I loved the first workout we did at Top Level. It was something new for me and it was exactly what I was looking for in a fitness program. I enjoy going to workout and feel bad when I can’t make it.I have lost 10 pounds, 8.5 inches, and 5% body fat during the six week challenge. I also feel stronger and I have more energy during the day.
I love that you form a little family with your class and get to know the people in the class. I also like that the trainers keep you accountable for showing up to class and the things that we put into our bodies.
I have learned that I am not as athletic or coordinated as I thought I was, but I have gotten better at certain exercises and I push myself every workout to do better than the last.
I think that the whole staff at Top Level Fitness are knowledgeable and care about their clients results and take pride in providing great service.
I would just encourage people to get out and try a class at Top Level Fitness, get out of their comfort zone at a gym and to push themselves.
