Before the challenge I was happy that I was working out three days a week at TLF, but I was lost with my nutrition. I had NO clue about what I was eating. A great nutrition plan was missing from my diet.I decided to join the challenge because I needed to learn how to eat healthy and I had seen other clients who completed a challenge make a radical transformation with their body.

My experience during the challenge was an awesome experience. I learned so much about myself and nutrition. The challenge was difficult but not impossible!!! I followed the program completely and I lost 17 lbs, 2% body fat and 4 inches off my waist in 6 weeks! This program is the legit!!! The real deal!
I received so much support and love from everyone! The TLF staff is top notch! During the challenge, I could feel that the TLF staff wanted me to succeed. Part of my motivation to complete the challenge was that I didn’t want to let the TLF staff down! I will never forget the first day I came to TLF and the first thing Sean told me when we enter the gym was that “TLF change lives.” He made me actually believe that day my life matter and it was going to change for the best. He was so right!
I learned that I have can have self-control of my eating habits. Food does not control me. I control it. I use it for fuel and not for anything else! My biggest take away is that nutrition and exercise is the only thing that works for losing weight. It takes the both working together to reach the ultimate goal of a healthy lifestyle.
I would definitely recommend this program to others. Everyone at my job has noticed my transformation and they already know about TLF! My body transformation is the recommendation!
