I originally found out about TLF from an old friend of mine and I saw her about six months apart and saw a huge difference and asked her how she did it and then I tried to try it out myself.

It is a routine that never got tiring. You don’t get bored and don’t fall out of it easily. It’s always encouraging to do something different and keep a good level of interest in the program. Before I started coming here and was told it is boot-camp I was nervous because I was out of shape. I didn’t know what to expect and thought there will be someone yelling at me and I was wrong. You work out at your own pace and the environment is very supportive. The trainers watch you and monitor you and the workout was enjoyable and I found that it was something I could actually do and it wasn’t as difficult.
