Busy mom of four!

Like many of you, I am a very busy mom of 4 who has made every excuse in the book not to commit to fitness.  Well, my ” baby” turned 18 months and I was ready to feel better, look better and get some energy.  In between kids, I had tried to loose the baby weight with lame workouts on the treadmill and elliptical.  Toss some scattered, inconsistent nutrition in there and that about summed me up. Not surprisingly, I was exhausted, overweight, and in a major rut!

Enter Top Level Fitness! Holy cow!  Boot camp was like nothing I had ever experienced. I had wasted so many years doing what my body was comfortable with.  I can’t believe it took me 38 years to figure out that this was where it was.   I was amazingly challenged (and still I am) and immediately felt my energy level crank to an all time high.  In addition, the efficient 45 minute workouts fit in nicely with my life schedule.  I found myself enjoying the challenges of the workouts, (could get addictive) recognizing that this type of cross fit training never grows old or gets easy!  Most of all, the results are kept me motivated.  The inches and pounds I lost made me happy, but the strength, stamina and energy boosts were more profound.  The positive energy and atmosphere at boot camp carried over ” outside the gym”.  With a lot of support from Zack, I altered my diet.  I wasn’t going to let those tough am workouts lose to junk food.  I worked too hard for this!

I am so grateful to top level fitness for giving me the resources to succeed.  I am so excited that I took that little leap and invested in my well being!
