I found out about TLF through a coworker. She had a good review and she introduced me to the Groupn so I tried it out for 4 weeks and was hooked ever since.The last couple of years I work night and it has been hard to find a good schedule for a workout. I feel like the 45 minute workout here at TLF is better than 2 hours at a regular gym. I have been a member at TLF for over two years. Since joining I have lost over 30 pounds and I’ve gotten toner.

Top Level Fitness is different than any other gym because of the personal attention the trainers give you. They emphasize a life style change, not just a workout. They incorporate other aspects in your life to get you to the best shape possible.

I like the variety of the workouts and it makes the time go by faster. I learned that you can work out as much as you want but if you don’t keep on a healthy diet it’s not going to work.

To anyone who is hesitant to join, just try it out. After a couple of weeks you will get hooked. It’s a fast workout and it’s the best workout I’ve had since high school and a better workout than any other gym and I’m in the best shape since high school.
