When I started the program I had a specific goal – which was to loose loose loose weight and I was willing to put in every effort required. The results have been – in just over five months I have developed a healthy eating habit. Zack and Sean are very committed indi-viduals to the goals of the program. They take personal interest on the progress of all the members in the group .They are down to earth people and friendly. I have several calls from Zack to check on my health after a particular workout. The place is a friendly place because it starts with them.
