Participating in the 6 week challenge was one of the smartest decisions I have made. I learned so much during the 6 weeks that will help me achieve the goals I have set for myself.
I decided to join the challenge to motivate myself and my husband. Originally, I thought it would be hard to change our diets. However, after a few days of pre-planning and preparing clean meals, it was easy and we looked forward to eating healthy. Our one cheat meal we had didn’t even satisfy us. We craved our new normal healthy food.Working with myfitnesspal.com was also very helpful and I will continue to use the app to keep me on track.
Zack, Sean, Steven &Earon were all very helpful, very motivating and supportive.
My overall results were a good start to my goals. I only lost a couple pounds but my body fat percentage dropped 3%. I’ve gained muscle, which is what I was hoping for. I am very pleased with my results so far and I am excited to see what else I can accomplish.
I would highly recommend this challenge to other people. I believe it’s a good start to any fitness plan. Learning to eat properly is half the battle… Working out alone will not give you the results you are looking for. This challenge has changed my diet completely. I feel healthier… Which is the best feeling in the world.
