Before starting the challenge, I was definitely in a rut with my workouts and was trying several different gyms/workouts to try and find the one thing that was going to give me the results I needed. I wasn’t happy with how my clothes were fitting and knew I had to make real changes, especially with some bad nutritional habits I’d developed. I decided to try TLF and committed to the challenge as soon as I heard about it. For me, the accountability was exactly what I needed!
I still have more work to do, but am extremely happy with my results so far. I lost 12.8 pounds, 3.4% body fat, and several inches all over. I feel better in my clothes, have more energy, and love the new habits I’ve created. The first week or two were very tough and I did question whether I could keep going, but doing the challenge with my husband and a couple of friends helped. We were able to keep each other motivated to keep going. The support from the coaches, as well as the other challengers, also helped tremendously. I loved the email tips and information we received, but especially the feedback on food logs.
My favorite quote from this that really sticks with me is “You can’t out train a bad diet”…I needed this because I used to think I could eat whatever I wanted as long as I worked out. The nutrition piece of the challenge was a huge wake-up call for me and made a tremendous difference. I would absolutely recommend this program to others and already have. I’ve been to many gyms or workout places and this is the first one that’s ever provided such overall support and commitment to its clients’ transformations. Not to mention, the always-changing workouts are fun and addicting! TLF is a real community unlike any other gym or workout place over ever been to!
