I joined Top Level Fitness one year ago. It has truly changed my life. While weight loss was not my goal, my body was completely out of shape. I had joined big chain health clubs before, but never went because I was not motivated enough to do the work myself. When a friend took me to a class at TLF, I was hooked! I love the workouts because they are challenging and the trainers help you to do your best. I have also learned how to eat better and choose foods that will help maintain a healthy lifestyle. The people are awesome and positive and the workouts are always fun. I highly recommend TLF!
