After you sign up for your assessment you’ll be taken to online scheduler page where you can choose the best location, time and date for you to have your initial assessment.
If you don’t show up and you don’t notify us at least 24 hours prior your appointment, $20 No Show fee will be charged to your account.
We made this page specially for you and we ask you to schedule your assessment so we can better serve you and make sure we have enough space for all of you in our boot camps.

IMPORTANT: In the scheduler you will be given the option to choose a fitness assessment times. Choose one time slot only. At your initial assessment you’ll be scheduled for your first workout.

1. After you register your deal and sign up for your assessment you’ll be taken to an online scheduler page where you can choose the best location, time and date you want to come in for your assessment. Make sure you choose the right location and time since some of the locations have only morning or evening availabilities. For schedule and directions refer to the FAQ below or check our Locations and Schedule page.
2. Appointments are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
3. After registering your deal you will receive confirmation email with information regarding your location address, directions, time.

Naperville: 1701 Quincy Ave Unit 26, Naperville, IL 60540: M, T, W, Th,F 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 9:30 am, M, W, F 6:00 pm and 7.00 pm T,Th 6.30pm;
Q. How many days a week can I attend boot camp?
A. Your deal feature includes up to 3 days a week of rapid fat-loss and muscle toning boot camp.
Q. How long is each session?
A. Each boot camp is approximately 45 minutes.
Q. Are there age limitations?
A. Our boot camps are for ages 16-60. (Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)
Q. How many days a week am I suggested to attend?

A. Each boot camp can range from 10-25 people (varies by location)
Q. Will I be able to handle your boot camp if I am not in good shape?
A. We have a “nobody left behind” policy. We will modify exercises to fit each person’s fitness levels and abilities. (If you have any medical issues you’d like to discuss with us please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.)
Q. Do I have to do consecutive weeks of boot camp?

A. We DO NOT allow combining of multiple promotions.

Q. What should I wear to boot camp?
A. You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting workout clothes. You MUST wear clean indoor-only shoes. No jewelry or heavy perfume.
Q. Do you provide childcare?
A. At this time we do not provide childcare at any of our locations.
Q. Can I come to multiple classes a day?
A. Unfortunately the ability to come to multiple classes per day is reserved for our full-time members. Your vaucher includes one session per day up to three days a week.
Q. Can I just show up and start working out?
