We’ve set up this page to provide you with an easy to follow Sign Up process with us.  Just follow the instructions below and you’ll be done in no time.

First, I want to Thank You for your interest in our programs. We are looking forward to working with you and we hope we will be a right fit for each other. We want to work with people who are serious about their fitness and health and that is why we’ve set up a FREE Fitness Orientation for you. The Fitness Orientation it is a must before you start working out with us.

During your Fitness Orientation you will receive information about our programs such as: how the program works, what can you expect, what do we expect from you as well, assessment, pricing, availability, and options to continue with the program after your trial is over.  The Fitness Orientation is also  a chance for us to get to know you better and find out more about your fitness goals and how can we help you reach those goals.  Also, you’ll be scheduled for your start date or we will give you more details when we will have availability to get you started.

The Orientations are free of charge and are held mostly on Saturday’s.  Please don’t be late.  Groupon Orientations are normally 1.5 hours long or more depending on how many people are attending the orientation. Times for the Orientations can change from week to week depending on availability. Please check your confirmation email if you’re not sure what time you have scheduled your appointment.  (Top Level Fitness has the right to make changes in the schedule without any notice. Scheduled appointments will be contacted and rescheduled if needed).

If you don’t show up and you don’t notify us at least 24 hours prior your appointment, a $20 No Show fee will be charged to your account.

 

Here is a step by step process of some things you need to in order to get you started with us:

  • First, watch the video above and finish reading this page.
  • Please take some time to sit down and complete this HEALTH HISTORY FORM <===(right click and choose Save As to Download on your computer)

This information is important for us to have in order to best meet your needs.

You will need to print it out, complete, and BRING IT to your orientation. 

  •  Next, sign up for your Groupon Orientation. When you click on the SCHEDULE NOW button below you’ll be taken to an online scheduler where you can schedule your initial orientation. NOTE: Please make sure you look for and schedule a Groupon Orientation as a type of appointment. Some of the other appointments are only available to paid clients or are not free and scheduling a wrong appointment may result in charges to your account. One more time, look for Groupon Orientation appointment availability.
  • To redeem your coupon make sure you print it out and BRING your coupon with you to your Fitness Orientation or we can redeem it on your phone.
  • “Like” our Facebook Page below and friend me on Facebook HERE so I can add you to our clients only group.  We use Facebook to stay in touch with our clients, provide nutritional and motivational tips, and provide updates on schedule changes and other events.
  • Read the FAQ below before you sign up for your Orientation.
  • Appointments are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
  • After registering your deal you will receive a confirmation email with  information regarding our address, directions, and time and date of appointment.

Q. How many sessions a week can I attend?

A. Your deal  includes up to 2 sessions a week.

Q. How long is each session?

A. Each session is approximately 45 minutes.

Q. Are there age limitations?

A. Our programs are for ages 16-60. (Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)

Q. How large is each workout?

A. Each workout can range from 10-25 people

Q. Will I be able to handle your workouts if I am not in good shape?

A. We have a “nobody left behind” policy and we modify exercises to fit each person’s fitness levels and abilities.  During your fitness orientation we will discuss and determine if  the program will be a right fit for you. Q. Do I have to do 4 consecutive weeks of training?

A. Yes, your coupon expires 4 weeks from activation date.  NOTE:  There are no make-ups  or putting your trial on hold.

Q. Can I use my coupon offer in conjunction with any other special offers?

A. We DO NOT allow combining  multiple promotions.

Q. Can I redeem more than one  voucher?

A. No. This special offer is limited to one per person.

Q. What should I wear to workout?

A. You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting workout clothes. You MUST wear clean indoor-only shoes and change in the gym. No jewelry or heavy perfume.

Q. What should I wear to my orientation.

Q. Do you provide childcare?

A. At this time we do not provide childcare.

Q. Can I come to multiple sessions a day?

A. Your coupon includes one session per day up to 2 days a week. You can upgrade to more sessions at any time.

Q. Can I just show up and start working out?

A. No. You need to have a Fitness Orientation before you start working out with us.

Q. Why do I need to provide credit card information when I already paid for the coupon?

A. Credit card information is required in order to keep your appointment with us. We use Mindbody. a safe online scheduling system that requires CC  info in order to book your appointment/Groupon Orientation.

Q. Is there a charge for the fitness assessment?

A. Groupon Orientations are free of charge. If you would like to schedule an individual appointment at a different time, there is $25 fee.

Please choose Groupon Orientation as a appointment type and one time slot only. At your Groupon Orientation you’ll be scheduled for your workouts so please Do Not schedule your workouts now.

If the times and days for the Groupon Orientations are not working with your schedule, you can pay a $25 Assessment Fee and schedule an individual Fitness Orientation. To check for  available times  call our office at 773-359-1771 ext 1 to schedule personal appointment or email us at info@toplevelfit.com and let us know that you want to schedule an individual appointment. There will be $25 Fee applied to your account.
