You Need to Schedule Your First Appointment!
We’ve set up this page for you, to provide you with easy to follow Sign Up process with us. Just follow the instructions below and you’ll be done in no time.
After you sign up for your Fitness Orientation you’ll be taken to an online scheduler where you can choose the best time and date for you to have your initial orientation.
We want to work with people who are serious about their fitness and health and that is why the Fitness Orientation it is a most before you start working out with us. During your Fitness Orientation you will receive more information about our programs like: pricing, availability, options to continue with the program after your deal is over… and you’ll be scheduled for your start date.
The Fitness Orientations are Free of charge and are held every Saturday and Wednesday. Please don’t be late. Orientations are normally 1.5 hours long or more depending on how many people are attending the orientation. Times for Orientations can change from week to week depending on availability. Please check your confirmation email if you’re not sure what time you have scheduled your appointment. (Top Level Fitness have the right to make changes in the schedule without any notice. Scheduled appointments will be informed and rescheduled).
If you don’t show up and you don’t notify us at least 24 hours prior your appointment, $20 No Show fee will be charged to your account.

- Please take some time to sit down and complete this HEALTH HISTORY FORM <===(right click and choose Save As to Download on your computer)
This information is important for us to have, to best meet your needs.
You will need to print it out, complete and BRING IT to your orientation. (don’t forget to bring it to your orientation)
- Also make sure you print out and BRING your coupon to your Fitness Orientation.
- “Like” our Facebook Page below – Most of the people lately, probably you too, use Facebook for personal and business needs. We use it too to stay in touch with our clients, so you can receive nutritional and motivational tips and receive updates on schedule changes and other events.
- After you READ the FAQ you need to sign up for your Fitness Orientation. You’ll be taken to an online scheduler page where you can choose the best time and date you want to come in for your fitness orientation. For schedule and directions refer to the FAQ below or check our Schedule page.
- Appointments are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
- After registering your deal you will receive confirmation email with information regarding our location address, directions, time and date.

Q. How many sessions a week can I attend?
A. Your deal feature includes up to 3 sessions a week.
Q. How long is each session?
A. Each session is approximately 45 minutes.
Q. Are there age limitations?
A. Our programs are for ages 16-60. (Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)
Q. How many days a week am I suggested to attend?

A. Each workout can range from 10-20 people
Q. Will I be able to handle your workouts if I am not in good shape?
A. We have a “nobody left behind” policy. We will modify exercises to fit each person’s fitness levels and abilities. (If you have any medical issues you’d like to discuss with us please email us at email@example.com.)
Q. Do I have to do 4 consecutive weeks of training?
A. Yes, coupon expire 4 weeks from activation date.
Q. Can I use my coupon offer in conjunction with any other special offers?
A. We DO NOT allow combining of multiple promotions.
Q. Can I redeem more than one voucher?
A. No. This special offer is limited to one per person.
Q. What should I wear to workout?
A. You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting workout clothes. You MUST wear clean indoor-only shoes. No jewelry or heavy perfume.
Q. Do you provide childcare?
A. At this time we do not provide childcare.
Q. Can I come to multiple sessions a day?
A. Your coupon includes one session per day up to three days a week. You can upgrade to more sessions at any time.
Q. Can I just show up and start working out?
A. No. You need to have a Fitness Orientation before you start working out with us.
Q. Why I need a CC info when I already paid for the coupon?
A. CC info is required in order to keep your appointment with us. We use online scheduling system called Mindbody that requires CC info in order to book your appointment/Fitness Orientation.
Q. Is there a charge for the fitness assessment?
A. Fitness Orientations are free of charge. If you like to schedule appointment at different time than the orientation time there is $25 fee.

IMPORTANT: In the scheduler you will be given options to choose for a Fitness Orientation – Saturday or Wednesday.
Please choose appointment from the Fitness Orientation Tab and one time slot only. At your Fitness Orientation you’ll be scheduled for your first workout.
If the times and days for the Fitness Orientations are not working with your schedule, you can pay $25 Assessment Fee and you can schedule your Fitness Assessment at any of the other available times for Fitness Assessments or give us a call to schedule one of our trainer for personal appointment. The $25 Fee will be charged to your account after you schedule your Fitness Assessment.
