My wife joined Top Level Fitness a little over one year ago by signing up for a six week challenge that included five days per week of boot camp and nutritional counseling. In support of my wife, I followed the meal plan. Over the next weeks, we transformed our eating habits and I lost over twenty five pounds! My wife achieved great results, too—she is probably in better shape now than when we first met. Over the summer, I gave Top Level Fitness a try myself. The boot camps were the best workouts I’ve experienced in years. The last time I had pushed myself that hard was probably as a college athlete. I have since joined Top Level Fitness myself. At forty years old, I completed my own six week challenge where I lost over six pounds and 4 % body fat. I haven’t felt this good since I was in my twenties. I am extremely pleased with our decision to join Top Level Fitness. We have met many good people. The trainers are top notch. This is probably the best decision we have made towards leading a healthy life.
