I love the program. I love the variety of challenging, fun workouts & our fantastic trainers. What I like most about the program is it’s already planned out. I don’t have to put much thought into which muscle groups to workout and what to eat on a daily basis.
I learned since starting that I have high expectation of myself. Top Level Fitness is different from any other gym because it provides a positive, challenging, fun and family feel environment to their members.
I would tell a friend to try it out and focus on one station at a time & not to worry about what others are doing or thinking.
For me, it has always been my mindset. Once I accepted it’s “my” fat and not post “pregnancy” fat, I decided to work on myself and I committed myself to eating WHOLEFOODS daily.
