When I first started I thought it was VERY intense and knew it would take me a few weeks to adjust. However, I was excited about taking control over my health through exercise. I lost 55+ lbs weight and body fat percent loss. I like how I look in my clothes, and more im-portantly, boot camp has done wonders for my stress-coping skills. I like the small group setting because it allows trainers to provide more individual attention to participants, ensuring we follow proper form to get the most out of the workout. The trainers and the owners are knowledgeable and professional, but also a lot of fun during the workouts! We are always joking and laughing (that is, when we can breathe) and every participant receives personal attention.
