Following the meal plan above will give you the best results possible in those 6 weeks. For those of you who want to have more variety in your nutrition I have included a second Meal Plan below as well and the Recipe Guide above.
Log your meals in MyFitnessPal so we can track your results better. If you like to log your meals on paper I have included a PDF print out for you to track your meals.
For best success in the program I recommend the Nutritional Plan to be followed at least 80% as recommended. You can replace any of the meals with Meal Replacement Protein Shake.
For ever better results I recommend taking a Multivitamin with your breakfast and Fish Oil with your lunch and dinner as well and Protein Shake 15-30 min after workout. Drinking protein shake after workout will help your body to recover from the workout really fast and speed up your metabolism so you can burn even more calories during the day. Depending on the stage you are in the meal plan you can take it with fruit or without.
