Do 25 reps for each exercise.

1. Bicycle Crunches

2. Jump Squats

3. Standard Crunches

4. Jump Squats

5. Flutter kicks

6. Jump Squats

7. Bicycle Crunches

8. Jumping jacks

9. Jump Squats

10. Plank (hold for 1 minute)-practice this one-)

Repeat exercises 1-10, four more times.

You should be sweating buckets of Calories!

*If you can’t do Jump squats, you can substitute with regular squats.*
